Harlequin’s 50-acre Takoradi production facility is a versatile industrial complex featuring a two-story office, specialized workshops for fabrication, hydraulics, engineering, and blasting/coating, alongside a power house, canteen, and first aid room. The 30,000 m² yard and laydown area supports marine riser storage and various large-scale projects. The 4,800 m² fabrication workshop includes metrology and welding storage, with cranes providing a combined 105-ton lifting capacity, while the 800 m² hydraulics and engineering workshops are equipped with CNC machines and specialized tools for diverse manufacturing and repair tasks.

Harlequin provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services to re-habilitate and reinstate the 3Mpta Bibiani Mine Gold Processing Plant. The scope of work includes evaluation, procurement, refurbishment, repair and commissioning of the processing plant. The work consists of the following disciplines: earthworks, civil structures, sandblasting and painting, structural steel work, platework, rubber lining, mechanical component refurbishment, pipework, valves replacement, electrical and instrumentation etc. The project started in September 2021 and is expected to be completed in May 2022.
