Christopher Hesse-Tetteh is a seasoned businessman with an in-depth knowledge and contacts in the frontier markets of Sub-Saharan Africa. Christopher has been consulting and conducting business with both local and multinational companies in West Africa, Europe and the USA since the early Eighties. He is especially apt in the real estate and oil and gas sector, and has decades of experience in the construction, property management and oil service industry. He is the Executive Chairman of CADS Contract and Services Ltd, Absolute Furnishings Ltd, ENTTP Construction and Engineering Ltd, HT Marine Offshore Logistics Limited, Darfin Finance, Metals Minerals Energy Limited, and IME Fabrication, owners of Harlequin Oil and Gas. As Executive Chairman of CADS, He injected equity and raised financing from local banks and oversaw the construction of CADS twin tower office blocks (CADS 1 & 2 towers) The twin towers are currently being leased as corporate offices by Tullow Oil Ghana Ltd., and Deloitte.

Frederick H. Hesse-Tetteh is a result driven Entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning several industries including real estate development, oil and gas, technology and finance. Frederick earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, USA. Frederick is also an alumnus of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participated in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program in West Africa. Frederick is the Chief Executive Officer of CADS Contract and Services Limited, a turnkey property development and integrated facilities management firm whose clients include Tullow Oil, MODEC, Deloitte, Exim Bank, MTN and Baker Hughes. CADS asset portfolio under management is valued at over USD 100M. Frederick’s other directorships now include CADS Developers Limited, a property development firm partly owned by Grit Real Estate Income Group, one of Africa’s largest Listed Real Estate Investors with a property portfolio of over USD 700M. In Q4 2017, Frederick initiated and led GRIT’s legal and technical DD for the acquisition of 50% of CADS – CADS 2 commercial real estate asset. The decision to sell equity in the CADS 2 asset was primarily based on the CADS group’s decision to free up capital for its investment portfolio diversification plan. Frederick also serves on the Board of Directors of Darfin Finance Limited, a Finance House based in Accra; and HT Marine Offshore Logistics, an indigenous Ghanaian company that seeks to expand its fleet of Ghanaian flagged offshore support vessels to enhance local participation in Ghana’s Oil and Gas industry. Frederick, through IME Fabrication recently acquired Harlequin Oil and Gas, Ghana’s premier Fabrication, Engineering and Hydraulic service center for the Oil and Gas, and Mining industries. He serves as the company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer, spearheading Projects, Commercial and Corporate Strategy. Harlequin’s client base includes NOV, GE, Maersk Drilling, Modec, Newmont, Goldfields etc. Frederick is an agile team leader with a proven ability to effectively develop and manage client relations and surpass client expectations. He is passionate about innovative business models that create opportunities for economic advancement in emerging markets.

Samuel Antwi. Boasiako: Samuel Boasiako Antwi is a seasoned professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management across various sectors, including commercial real estate, oil and gas, and mining support services. Known for his strategic approach and results-oriented mindset, Samuel has consistently driven business process enhancements that deliver tangible value. His work emphasizes organizational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth, which has earned him a reputation as a reliable and impactful leader. With a career marked by significant achievements, Samuel has been instrumental in managing large-scale construction projects, securing critical ISO certifications, and developing systems that ensure compliance and streamline financial reporting. His leadership has facilitated the restructuring of corporate frameworks, debt refinancing, and the implementation of advanced management systems that align with international standards. Samuel’s commitment to excellence extends to fostering environments of continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Samuel holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University and is a Chartered Accountant accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He has pursued additional certifications and professional development, including the Stanford University Seed Transformation Program. Francis Ofori is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning. Having worked at Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc, a company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange, Francis has a comprehensive background in finance operations, project management, tax planning, and risk management. His expertise extends across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, and oil and gas, where he has consistently driven business growth and optimized financial performance. A Chartered Accountant and ACCA member, Francis holds an MBA in Financial Management from London Metropolitan University, an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, and a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. His career is distinguished by achievements such as implementing cost optimization strategies that generated significant savings, recovering substantial sums from bad debts, and successfully leading ERP software implementations. He has a proven track record of improving financial reporting accuracy, managing corporate mergers, and fostering strong control environments through well-defined SOPs and compliance measures. Francis’s technical skills include advanced financial modeling, project appraisal, budgeting, and data analytics, with proficiency in various financial software systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI. He is known for his leadership, analytical thinking, and dedication to mentoring and developing his finance team.

Ferdinand is a partner at the AB and David Law Firm, leading its Energy, Infrastructure, and PPP practice group while also co-heading the Corporate and Finance group. With nineteen years of experience advising clients on projects across Africa, particularly in Ghana, Liberia, Zambia, Niger, and Uganda, Ferdinand brings extensive expertise to the firm's strategic initiatives in these sectors. His experience includes advising on significant projects in energy, construction, railways, and public-private partnerships, as well as corporate and financing transactions. Ferdinand has also played a role in legislative drafting, including contributions to Ghana’s PPP Act and Liberia’s Procurement and Concessions Regulations. In addition to his legal practice, Ferdinand is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, GIMPA, where he teaches company law, contract law, and legal writing & research. His academic contributions include publishing a foundational textbook titled Modern Principles of Company Law in Ghana, which has been well-received in the legal community. Through his teaching and writing, Ferdinand continues to influence the next generation of legal professionals while remaining engaged in ongoing developments in his practice areas. Ferdinand’s thought leadership is further reflected in his regular participation in industry conferences and panel discussions. He has delivered presentations on topics such as M&A strategy in Africa, the African power sector, and the legal framework for conducting business in Ghana. His educational background includes an LLM from the University of Alberta, executive education from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghana. Ferdinand is an active member of the International Bar Association, the Ghana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, enhancing his global perspective on legal and business issues.

Cody Aduloju is the Regional Head for West Africa in the Energy (Oil, Gas, and Power) and Infrastructure sectors at Standard Bank Group, where he has been instrumental since 2018. With over a decade of experience in executive roles, including serving as Executive Vice President, Cody has built a career centered on project finance, investment banking, and infrastructure development across the region. His expertise spans major sectors, reinforced by previous roles at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Orbis Capital, and Barclays. Cody holds an MSc in Finance from Aston University, where he also earned a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. In addition, he completed the Senior Executive Programme in Business Administration and Management at London Business School in 2023. His technical skills include financial modeling, investment analysis, and program management, which he applies to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within the complex energy and infrastructure landscapes in West Africa. With a comprehensive understanding of the financial and infrastructural needs of the region, Cody brings a results-driven approach to his role, fostering robust client relationships and delivering innovative financial solutions. Based in Nigeria, he continues to leverage his extensive experience and industry insights to support Standard Bank’s strategic objectives and contribute to sustainable growth in West Africa.

Dumisani started his corporate journey in the 80’s where he worked for one of South Africa’s leading commercial Banks, Standard Bank of SA Ltd in Small Business Finance and Corporate finance divisions. He later joined British American Tobacco heading marketing, distribution and Sales Teams in the Western Cape. He was later touted to join “The World Class Team”, a business re-engineering team tasked with developing new business processes for Swartklip Pty Limited, a division of Denel Limited.
